Neuro-Linguistic Programming Training
Frisco · Dallas–Fort Worth
Learn practical tools to manage your state, communicate more effectively, influence with integrity, and respond better under pressure.
Choose the training format that fits where you are right now.
Knowing what to do is not the same as being able to do it under pressure.
You know you should stay calm, communicate clearly, set a boundary, or make a confident decision, and still fall back into the same automatic response.
Through live demonstrations and hands-on practice, you learn to recognize patterns, shift your state, communicate more intentionally, and respond differently when it matters.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP, is a practical approach to understanding how your thoughts, language, and learned patterns influence the way you communicate, make decisions, and respond to situations.
How you take in, organize, and make sense of your experiences.
How language shapes your thoughts, communication, and the meaning you give to events.
The repeated mental and behavioral patterns that influence what you do, often automatically.
NLP gives you practical tools to recognize those patterns, interrupt what is not working, and choose a more useful response.
The goal is not positive thinking. It is greater awareness, flexibility, and intention in how you communicate, lead, and perform.
NLP DFW training covers practical tools for communication, leadership, coaching, performance, and personal change.
Each training level covers a different portion of the curriculum. Introductory workshops focus on a small set of immediately useful tools, while advanced intensives and Practitioner training explore the broader curriculum below.
Learn the core principles of NLP and how to build stronger awareness, connection, and communication with others.
Understand how people process experience and how emotional and mental states influence communication and performance.
Learn how language, internal strategies, and sensory distinctions influence decisions, behavior, and communication.
Explore the positive intention behind behavior, resolve internal conflict, and create new choices and perspectives.
Understand how people organize time internally and learn how to connect present choices with future outcomes.
Identify the beliefs and values influencing behavior, decisions, motivation, and personal priorities.
Practice tools designed to shift unwanted emotional responses, install resources, and create more useful patterns.
Learn how to select, apply, and combine NLP tools responsibly in coaching, leadership, and real-world conversations.
You do not need to learn everything at once. Start with the training level that fits your experience and build from there.
Ricardo León is an Executive Coach, Corporate Trainer, author of R.I.S.E., and NLP Master Trainer affiliated with NLPU. He is based in Frisco, Texas.
For more than three decades, he has studied personal development, human behavior, leadership, and performance. His training combines NLP, psychology, coaching, and practical application so participants do more than understand the concepts. They practice the tools and learn how to use them in real conversations and situations.
Ricardo’s approach is direct, experiential, and grounded in real-world use. The goal is not to impress you with terminology. It is to help you leave with greater awareness, more options, and practical skills you can apply immediately.
Practical NLP training should make a difference outside the classroom. Here is what participants have shared after applying the tools.
Insightful and highly valuable
I recently attended a two-hour Neuro-Linguistic Programming seminar hosted by NLP Dallas and found it to be exceptionally well-organized, insightful, and highly valuable. The presentation was engaging and provided practical tools that reinforced and expanded my understanding of NLP concepts. I strongly recommend their seminars to anyone seeking meaningful personal or professional development.

Practical tools I use every day
This wasn’t a typical seminar. Hands-on and immediately useful. I left with four tools I actually use in my work.

Used it in my interview and landed the role
I used the perceptual positions tool during interview preparation. It completely changed how I approached the conversation. I landed the role within two weeks.
